Inspection Tour by the Head of the Tourism Villages Authority to Monitor Services in Marakia

Dr. Eng. Mohamed Khalafallah, Head of the Tourism Villages Authority, conducted an inspection tour in both North and South Marakia to monitor the consistency and quality of services provided to residents and visitors of the tourist villages during the Eid al-Adha holiday. He emphasized the importance of monitoring service prices and enhancing oversight on beaches. He was accompanied during the tour by directors of the relevant departments of the Authority.

The Head of the Authority explained that this tour comes within the framework of directives from Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, as well as instructions from Eng. Kamal Bahgat, Deputy Chairman of the Authority for the Development and Construction Sector, stressing the need to intensify field inspections and daily monitoring during the Eid al-Adha period.

He further added that the tourist villages witnessed a significant influx of visitors during this holiday.

The Head of the Authority also urged the relevant department heads to ensure the availability of all essential services necessary to maintain a high quality of life for the residents and visitors of the tourist villages.
