During the tour, Dr. Khalaf Allah visited the Mazarine Island area within the Mazarine Compound, where he followed up on the progress of work in the villas zone. The Head of the Authority noted that the villas area includes 285 villas divided into three phases: Phase One with a 99% completion rate, Phase Two at 83%, and Phase Three at 77%. He explained that 116 villas have already been handed over out of 185 ready for delivery, with a detailed timeline set to complete the handover of all remaining villas in the coming period.

Dr. Khalaf Allah added that the Mazarine Compound project spans an area of 700 acres, comprising approximately 7,956 residential units, including villas, chalets, and apartment buildings. The project is considered one of the most prestigious and attractive residential and investment destinations in New Alamein City. It is located on the southern shore of Alamein Lakes, overlooking the coastal towers, and features an integrated mix of commercial and residential housing systems.

The inspection tour continued with a visit to Tower LD05, where Dr. Khalaf Allah emphasized the need to increase the number of workers, engineers, and supervisors at the site to ensure faster execution. He directed the implementation teams to follow a clear plan for supplies and installations to enable the timely delivery of residential units to customers.

He also pointed out that the tower’s completion rate has reached 73%, stressing the importance of adhering to the set deadlines for finishing and delivering the units to buyers according to the approved schedules. He reiterated that no financial dues will be disbursed unless actual progress is verified on-site and tangible achievements are evident.
