The campaign was led by Eng. Alaa Abdel Lah Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority and Supervisor of Hadayek 10th of Ramadan Authority, under intensive security provided by the Sharqia Security Directorate, Central Security Forces, Construction Police, Utilities Police, and Civil Protection Forces.
The campaign also involved the Authority’s security, occupancy, encroachment, development, transportation, equipment, residential district, sanitation, and beautification departments.
Large-Scale Campaign in 10th of Ramadan City
The Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority stated that a large-scale campaign was carried out to remove illegal occupancies and encroachments at the commercial mall located in the First District Center, formerly used as a branch of Sednaoui Company.
He explained that the campaign resulted in the implementation of 85 removal orders as part of the state’s efforts to restore its rights, enforce the rule of law, and combat all forms of illegal encroachments and violations.
The campaign was conducted in line with the directives of Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and in accordance with the recommendations of the Technical Secretariat of the State Land Recovery Committee regarding firm action against illegal encroachments and unauthorized occupancies while preserving state-owned assets.
Eng. Alaa Abdel Lah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, explained that the campaign reflects a clear approach to confronting encroachments and reinforcing discipline throughout the city, contributing to the protection of state rights, restoring the commercial and service areas’ urban appearance, and providing an organized and secure environment for citizens and investors.
Removal of Illegal Occupancies and Encroachments in Commercial Areas
Eng. Alaa Abdel Lah Mostafa affirmed that the Authority will continue implementing its inspection and enforcement campaigns with firmness and will not tolerate any unlawful practices or encroachments that violate the law or undermine state rights.
He stressed that enforcing discipline and ensuring deterrence against violators are fundamental pillars for safeguarding development achievements and supporting urban development efforts in 10th of Ramadan City.
