In an effort to enhance quality of life and provide suitable housing, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, inspected the “Deyarna” Project in New October City following his visit to the wastewater lifting station in the “Ebni Betak 5” area.
The minister was accompanied by senior officials from the ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and the city administration. During the tour, he reviewed the implementation of 494 residential units within the project.
The visit included inspections of residential buildings, a close look at the finishing works, and a tour inside two fully completed apartments that serve as final models, showcasing the finest materials and designs to meet the needs of homeowners.
The minister also examined the entrances and the general site works, stressing the importance of accelerating implementation while adhering to quality specifications. He emphasized that the ministry is committed to delivering safe and sustainable housing units that align with the state’s vision, support comprehensive development, and improve quality of life in new cities.
