The New Cairo City Authority launched an immediate demolition campaign targeting building violations on the rooftop rooms of Plot No. 44 in Al-Yasmeen 4 area in the First Settlement. The campaign was carried out under the directives of Eng. Ahmed Rashad El-Sharif, Head of the Authority, and supervised by Eng. El-Sayed Hassan Ibrahim, Deputy Head for the First Settlement sector.
The demolition was executed with the participation of the district chief, area supervisors, and a security force, along with a specialized demolition committee that oversaw the operation smoothly and without any recorded violations. All necessary legal measures were taken to ensure the enforcement of regulations.
The City Authority emphasized its continued firm action in monitoring and removing all violations and encroachments to preserve the city’s urban character and ensure adherence to the approved building regulations, aiming to enhance the quality of life for residents.
