As part of the directives of Eng. Ahmed Rashad, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, and under the supervision of Eng. El-Sayed Hassan Ibrahim, Deputy Head of the Authority for the First Settlement Area, an immediate demolition was carried out for an illegal construction that included exceeding the permitted building ratio in rooftop rooms on plot No. (60) within Group (31) in Al-Rehab City, located in the First Settlement area.
The construction tools and equipment used in the violation were confiscated and placed in the authority’s storage facilities, while the necessary legal measures have been taken against the offenders.
The New Cairo City Development Authority reaffirms its ongoing commitment to carrying out immediate demolition campaigns for all building violations across the city’s neighborhoods, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, to preserve the city’s urban and legal integrity.
