The applicant transfers the reservation down payment of 201,000 EGP using the selected payment method.

After completing the payment, an SMS message is sent to the applicant’s phone, including the reservation date.

The applicant then logs in to the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform to select the desired unit and preferred floor.

Once the unit is allocated, the applicant must complete the payment of 25% of the unit’s total value within two months from the allocation date.
