This is part of the presidential initiative Housing for All Egyptians 6 in Port Said Governorate. This announcement targets citizens eligible for cooperative housing from 2013. The project is located in Al-Janoub Al-Raswa, Mohamed Mehran Area.
Booking Social Housing Apartments
The booking process for social housing apartments began on February 27 and will continue until March 27, 2025. Those interested in reserving a unit under the Housing for All Egyptians 6 initiative in Port Said can purchase the terms and conditions booklet for 355 EGP (non-refundable). Additionally, they must pay a reservation down payment of 50,000 EGP and administrative fees. The payment can be made through automated post offices in Port Said Governorate.

The Social Housing Fund has emphasized that applicants must complete the booking process through the fund’s official website, www.shmff.gov.eg. They are required to fill in the necessary details and upload the required documents. Moreover, the minimum net monthly income for low-income individuals is 3,500 EGP, while the maximum income limit is 12,000 EGP per month for individuals and 15,000 EGP per month for families.
