Engineer Walid Abdel Rahman Hajjaji, Head of the New Ras Al-Hikma City Authority, conducted an inspection tour to oversee infrastructure works in the alternative area of Shams Al-Hikma. The visit included road paving, water supply, sewage, and electricity installations. He was accompanied by Engineer Mohamed Abdel Salam, Deputy Head of the Authority, and several other officials.
The tour covered road, water, and sewage network installation progress in sectors (A – B – C) as part of the urgent development phase. Additionally, officials reviewed the implementation of electricity networks in the same area and monitored the progress of Ras Al-Hikma Language School.
The Head of the Authority emphasized the importance of adhering to the scheduled timelines set for all projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and approved regulations.
In the same context, Engineer Hossam El-Din Abdo, Head of the North Coast Western Sector (Third Sector), and several officials conducted a field visit to inspect the progress of a tourist village along the Alexandria/Matrouh Coastal Road. The visit was carried out in coordination with one of the development companies to ensure that the works comply with the approved master plan and ministerial decision and the project’s granted licenses issued by the North Coast Authority (Third Sector).
The visit revealed that the company had constructed several residential buildings with the issued permits. Thirty-seven building licenses were granted for construction stages, including reinforced foundations, columns, and roofs. Additionally, a hotel building with 380 rooms has been established on the eastern seaside as part of the project’s first phase.
