As part of the commitment of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities to improving service levels in new urban communities, the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector of the New Urban Communities Authority has announced the offering of several commercial shops, cafés, pharmacies, and a medical service center.

These units will be made available for sale or usufruct rights through public auction sessions in Sadat City, New Mallawi City, and New Fayoum City.

Offering Details: Shops and Pharmacy in New Mallawi

The New Mallawi City Development Authority stated that 7 commercial shops and 1 pharmacy, ranging in size from 16 m² to 35 m², have been made available in the commercial market of the first-phase service center. These units will be sold through a public auction session scheduled for Sunday, 21/6/2026.

Cafés in Sadat City

The Sadat City Development Authority also announced the offering of two cafés located at the bus station and passenger transport service station. These will be allocated under an annual usufruct system for a period of 3 years, through a public auction scheduled for Tuesday, 23/6/2026.

Medical Service Center in New Fayoum

In the New Fayoum City, the Development Authority has offered a medical service center built on Plot No. (8) in the Second District – First Neighborhood, with a total area of 2,300 m². The unit will be granted under a usufruct licensing system for 10 years, through a public auction session set for Wednesday, 24/6/2026.

Additional Commercial and Service Allocations in Badr City

In the same context, a market covering 1,547.81 m² and comprising 78 kiosks has been allocated in Badr City in the Green Valley area (formerly Al-Zelzal). This allocation is under a 5-year usufruct system, aimed at supporting development and improving services in the area.

Additionally, a bakery located on the ground floor of Commercial Market No. (4) in the Fifth District of the Nargis area, with an area of 217.5 m², has been sold.

Further allocations include 13 commercial shops and 1 pharmacy offered under a usufruct system via public auction. These units, ranging from 18.65 m² to 36.52 m², are located in Markets No. (1) and (2) in Area A of the Seventh District in Badr City.
