He pointed out that issues are resolved promptly, noting that some clients have retained their reservation deposits since last January. He confirmed that they have the option either to request a refund or to participate in the new offering under the Beit El Watan project for premium lands.
In response to citizen complaints about delays in receiving refunds, Khattab stressed the importance of submitting an official request to reclaim funds, emphasizing that refunds are processed within 40 days from the date of submission.
