The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), has announced the details of a new offering of investment land plots under the immediate allocation system.
In New Suez City, the ministry is offering a 720-square-meter commercial-administrative plot at EGP 4,600 per square meter, a 13,161-square-meter residential-hotel-commercial plot at EGP 5,410 per square meter, and a 9,663-square-meter residential-hotel-commercial plot at EGP 5,500 per square meter.
New Beni Suef City
In New Beni Suef City, the ministry is offering a 933-square-meter nursery plot at EGP 5,850 per square meter. In New Nasser City, it is offering a 10,979-square-meter residential block plot at EGP 4,250 per square meter, along with a 664-square-meter commercial plot at EGP 9,140 per square meter.
The ministry is also offering a 5,000-square-meter educational plot in New Akhmim City at EGP 3,755 per square meter, as well as a 585-square-meter warehouse plot at EGP 2,280 per square meter.
In New Sohag City, the ministry is offering a 610-square-meter administrative plot at EGP 16,025 per square meter, a 530-square-meter exhibition plot at EGP 15,375 per square meter, a 1,217-square-meter commercial plot at EGP 18,170 per square meter, a 1,623-square-meter commercial plot at EGP 25,440 per square meter, and a 725-square-meter commercial plot at EGP 26,430 per square meter.
In New Qena City, a 725-square-meter commercial plot is being offered at EGP 16,585 per square meter. The ministry is also offering a 3,177-square-meter social club plot in West New Qena City at EGP 3,505 per square meter.
The ministry confirmed that applications must be submitted electronically through the Investor Services Portal, where all available investment opportunities are published.
