Housing Ministry Offers 350 New Residential Units in Obour City

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Housing, Engineer Amr Khattab, announced the launch of reservations for more than 350 fully finished residential units with utilities in the Second District Extension of Obour City, starting tomorrow, Sunday, February 16, 2025.

Housing Ministry Offers 350 New Residential Units in Obour City

During a phone interview on the “Six O’Clock” program, Khattab explained that the offered units are part of the Housing Finance Fund project. He highlighted that Obour City has become very close to East Cairo, making it attractive for those living near the capital.

He added that the unit sizes range from 80 to 132 square meters, noting the high demand for this offering, with over 600 condition booklets sold.

The ministry’s spokesperson confirmed that reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment of an EGP 100,000 deposit, as specified in the condition booklet. He added, “Reservations will begin tomorrow at exactly 10 AM, and priority for receiving the units will go to those who book first.”

He also pointed out that the units are located near all essential services required by residents and stressed that the Housing Finance Fund office in Nasr City is responsible for completing the reservation procedures.
