In response to the directives of the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and under the instructions of the competent authority and Engineer Mohamed Abdullah Youssef, Head of Hadayek October City Authority, the implementation of the “Diarna” project has begun as part of middle-income housing initiatives. The project aims to construct 50,000 housing units across various cities under the New Urban Communities Authority, aligning with the state’s efforts to provide suitable housing and enhance the quality of life for citizens.
The project includes 119 residential buildings, each consisting of a ground floor, five upper floors, and a penthouse, with 3,094 housing units being built in Hadayek October City. The project is executed according to the highest quality standards and urban planning principles, featuring modern designs and comprehensive finishes. All units will be fully completed and connected to essential services and utilities, with a well-coordinated landscape and critical services to create an integrated residential environment.
Efforts are underway to complete the project as quickly as possible to match the growing demand for housing units. This aligns with the state’s vision for urban expansion and the development of comprehensive housing projects that cater to citizens’ needs.
