The Ministry of Housing has announced the offering of a land plot designated for a university project in the Business and Finance District of 10th of Ramadan City. The land is available under the immediate allocation system, with a total area of 29,475 square meters, priced at EGP 4,500 per square meter, amounting to a total of EGP 132.6 million, with the project required to be implemented within 7 years.

The building conditions stipulate a building ratio of 17%, setbacks of 10 meters, and a permitted height of basement + ground floor + 2 floors, while complying with the requirements of the Civil Defense Authority and obtaining approval from the Ministry of Higher Education. The use of the basement for classrooms or laboratories is strictly prohibited.

The payment plan requires a 10% down payment, followed by 15% within one month, in addition to administrative and board of trustees fees. The remaining amount is divided into 14 semi-annual installments, subject to the Central Bank interest rate + 1%, along with an administrative fee of 0.5%.
