The Official Gazette published today in Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities’ Decision No. 284 of 2026, approving the planning and subdivision of Plot No. (AP-7/3), covering an area of 64,399.55 square meters (equivalent to 15.5 feddans) in the Sixth Settlement of New Cairo City. The plot has been allocated to Dar Al-Alamiya for Construction and Building (OSA) LLC for the establishment of an integrated urban development project.

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities’ Ministerial Decision No. 284 of 2026, dated February 10, 2026, approved the planning and subdivision of Plot No. (AP-7/3), covering an area of 64,399.55 square meters (equivalent to 15.5 feddans) in the Sixth Settlement of New Cairo City.

The land has also been allocated to Dar Al-Alamiya for Construction and Building (OSA) LLC for the implementation of an integrated urban development project.
