These projects cost one billion EGP, with 85% of the work already completed. These efforts cover land designated for premium and social housing, with approximately 8,354 plots. Additionally, infrastructure works have been completed in two districts within the 13th residential neighborhood, and 450 land plots have been handed over to citizens.

The Head of the New Beni Suef City Authority stated that the implementation of Lift Station No. 3 and its associated pressure pipeline is underway, along with the infrastructure project for the 29-acre area allocated for medium-sized industries. Efforts are also being made to find an urgent solution for Lift Station No. 4. In the roads sector, the completion of roads in the fifth district is in progress, as well as the enhancement of some streets in the medium-sized industrial area. Additional work includes landscaping, lighting the eastern regional road, completing asphalt paving in the Ibni Beitak 2 area, and implementing the electricity network for premium land plots in the city center extension.
