The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities is offering administrative units within the Maspero Triangle Project under the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative, which targets Egyptians residing and working abroad.
As part of this offering, the ministry is providing 10 administrative units ranging in size from 184 to 188 square meters. Units can be reserved through the “Your Home in Egypt” platform, with payments made in US dollars.
The new offering includes a total of 892 units distributed among residential, commercial, and administrative properties across multiple locations, including the New Administrative Capital, Maspero Triangle, New Cairo, Shorouk City, and 6th of October City. This comes in response to the aspirations of Egyptians abroad, following the directives of the political leadership to strengthen their connection with their homeland by providing high-quality units.

Previously, the Ministry of Housing launched 785 premium housing units in the New Administrative Capital and coastal cities. The previous offering also included residential units in four new cities: the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, New Mansoura, and Marina Alamein.
To reserve a unit through the initiative, applicants must follow key steps, which include selecting the city, project, and desired unit through the official website, generating a reservation code, and downloading the reservation form according to the booklet’s conditions. Applicants must complete all required information, sign the form, and upload it electronically.
Customers must pay the reservation deposit and confirm their chosen payment method within the specified reservation period. Payments can be made via international bank transfer (SWIFT) or through exchange companies. Transfers must include the reservation code for the selected unit.
If all procedures are completed within the designated period, a confirmation email will be sent to the applicant’s registered address on the website. However, if the applicant fails to complete all required steps or does not upload the transfer document within the given timeframe, an amount of $500 USD will be deducted.
The final steps include completing the remaining allocation procedures through the relevant city authority or an authorized representative, and paying the rest of the unit’s value according to the financial terms outlined in the booklet.
