Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, has announced the start of the allocation process for distinguished housing land plots in New Nasser City, west of Assiut. The allocation will occur from March 9 to March 25, 2025. The minister emphasized the importance of continuing infrastructure and road development in the city according to scheduled timelines and standard specifications.
Engineer Gehan Ammar, Head of the New Nasser City Authority, stated that the distinguished housing land plots in the Second District, Third Neighborhood, allocated through a public lottery, will be handed over according to the following schedule:
- Plots 2 to 25 will be handed over on Sunday, March 9, 2025.
- Plots 26 to 50 on Monday, March 10, 2025.
- Plots 51 to 75 on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
- Plots 76 to 100 on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
- Plots 101 to 125 on Thursday, March 13, 2025.
The Head of the New Nasser City Development Authority further added that:
- Plots 126 to 150 will be allocated on Sunday, March 16, 2025.
- Plots 151 to 175 on Monday, March 17, 2025.
- Plots 176 to 200 on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
- Plots 201 to 225 on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
- Plots 226 to 242 on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
Additionally, the period from Sunday, March 23, 2025, to Tuesday, March 25, 2025, has been designated for those unable to collect their plots on the previously scheduled dates.
