Implementing the directives of Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, minister of housing, utilities, and urban communities, to expedite the completion of procedures for the 11th phase of the “Beit Al Watan” project and provide transparent information to applicants, the Ministry of Housing will begin, as of Tuesday, August 11, 2026, sending emails to applicants containing the order in which activation transfers related to allocation priority were received, according to the report received from the Central Bank of Egypt.
In this context, Dr. Eng. Walid Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for New Urban Communities, stated that, in implementation of the directives of Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, the ministry will begin sending the order of receipt of activation transfers for the 11th phase as of tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
The emails will be sent periodically and daily during official working hours to the email address registered by each applicant on the project’s website, according to the order of receipt of transfers provided by the Central Bank of Egypt.
Dr. Eng. Walid Abbas explained that the priority order for the receipt of activation transfers was determined based on the data contained in the Central Bank of Egypt’s report and according to the transfer value date during the specified period for receiving activation transfers, which began on June 23, 2026, and continued until the end of July 8, 2026.
He added that the messages sent to applicants will include the receipt order of each applicant’s transfer, enabling them to view their status in preparation for completing the allocation procedures, in accordance with the rules and regulations set out in the terms and conditions booklet for the 11th phase of the “Beit Al Watan” project.
The Ministry of Housing had announced the start of receiving activation transfers related to allocation priority for the 11th phase of the “Beit Al Watan” project as of the morning of June 23, 2026, for a period of 10 working days, through the transfer of an amount of no less than $3,050.
The 11th phase of the project includes 4,543 plots of land in prime locations across 22 new cities, with one plot allocated to each applicant according to the priority order of transfers recorded in the report received from the Central Bank of Egypt.
In a related context, during the seventh edition of the Egyptians Abroad Conference, Dr. Eng. Walid Abbas, deputy minister of housing for new urban communities, explained that the ministry aims to increase the number of land plots offered under the 11th phase of the “Beit Al Watan” project to approximately 15,500 plots. This would help accommodate all applicants and increase allocation opportunities.
He emphasized the ministry’s commitment to meeting the needs of Egyptians abroad and providing the greatest possible number of opportunities for applicants. The Ministry of Housing confirmed that the procedures for determining allocation priority are carried out based on the data received from the Central Bank of Egypt, ensuring transparency and equal opportunities for all applicants.
The Ministry is also continuing to take the necessary measures to expedite the completion of the 11th phase and finalize the allocation procedures in accordance with the applicable regulations.
