The Official Gazette (Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya) has published a decision by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities—Ministerial Decree No. 91 of 2026—approving the planning and subdivision of Plot No. (Unnumbered), covering 6.27 feddans (equivalent to 26,340 square meters), located west of Neighborhood (26) in 10th of Ramadan City.
The land has been allocated to Green Western Edge Real Estate Investment Company for the development of an integrated urban project consisting of villas.
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities stated in Ministerial Decree No. 91 of 2026, dated January 11, 2026, that the planning and subdivision of the unnumbered 6.27-feddan plot, equivalent to 26,340 square meters, located west of Neighborhood (26) in 10th of Ramadan City, has been officially approved.
The decision clarified that the land has been allocated to Green Western Edge Real Estate Investment Company for the implementation of an integrated urban development project featuring villas.
