The official gazette “Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya” published several decisions issued by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities regarding the allocation and planning of land plots for real estate projects in several cities.
Decision Details
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Decision No. 45 of 2026, dated July 1, 2026, published in Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya, Issue No. 141, approved the detailed plan for a land plot covering 1,630,010.91 square meters (approximately 388.1 feddans) located near C4 Road, south of the Coastal Road in New Alamein City.
The land has been allocated to Amer Tourism Development Company under a mixed in-kind and cash payment system (100% cash payment) for the establishment of an integrated urban development project.
Second Decision
Ministerial Decision No. 45 of 2026, dated July 1, 2026, published in Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya, Issue No. 141, also approved the detailed plan for the same 1,630,010.91-square-meter (388.1-feddan) land plot located near C4 Road, south of the Coastal Road in New Alamein City, allocated to Amer Tourism Development Company under a mixed in-kind and cash payment system (100% cash payment) for the implementation of an integrated urban development project.
Third Decision
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Decision No. 51 of 2026, dated July 1, 2026, published in Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya, Issue No. 141, approved the detailed plan for a 63.31-feddan land plot (equivalent to 265,922 square meters) located within the boundaries of El-Gefira Village, Dabaa Center, Matrouh Governorate, along the Alexandria–Matrouh Road on the Northwestern Coast. The land has been allocated to Al-Rabeh United Group for Trade and Investment for the development of an investment and service project.
Fourth Decision
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Decision No. 170 of 2026, dated July 1, 2026, published in the supplement to Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya, Issue No. 141, approved amendments to the planning and subdivision of Land Plot No. (10A/1), with a total area of 2.5 feddans (equivalent to 10,500 square meters), located in Basin No. (21) within the Green Belt area of 6th of October City.
The land is allocated to Seham Mohamed Zaki Younes for residential development in exchange for an in-kind consideration and was previously approved under Ministerial Decision No. 310, dated May 26, 2021.
Fifth Decision
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Decision No. 171 of 2026, dated July 1, 2026, published in the supplement to Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya, Issue No. 141, approved the planning and subdivision of Land Plot No. (9/1), covering 31,458.458 square meters (equivalent to 7.49 feddans) in the Downtown District of Hadayek October City.
The plot has been allocated to Diamond Triangle Real Estate Development Company for the establishment of an integrated urban development project.
Sixth Decision
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Decision No. 171 of 2026, dated July 1, 2026, published in the supplement to Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya, Issue No. 141, also approved the planning and subdivision of Land Plot No. (9/1), covering 31,458.458 square meters (equivalent to 7.49 feddans) in the Downtown District of Hadayek October City, allocated to Diamond Triangle Real Estate Development Company for the development of an integrated urban project.
Seventh Decision
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Decision No. 172 of 2026, dated July 1, 2026, published in the supplement to Al-Waqa’i Al-Masriya, Issue No. 141, approved the planning and subdivision of Land Plot No. (12/C), covering 2.5 feddans (equivalent to 10,500 square meters), located in Basin No. (20) within the Green Belt area of 6th of October City.
The plot has been allocated to Suzan Yaeesh Mohamed Roshdy for residential development in exchange for an in-kind consideration, including the transfer of 50% of the land.
