The Official Gazette of Egypt, Al-Waqa’i Al-Misriyya, published two decisions issued by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.

Details of the First Decision

The first decision, Ministerial Decree No. 5 of 2026, approves the planning and subdivision of Plot No. (341/230/2017), covering an area of 15,783.618 square meters (equivalent to 3.758 feddans), located within the area governed by Presidential Decree No. 230 of 2017 in Sheikh Zayed City. The land has been allocated to Atef Mahmoud Abdel Hamid for the development of an integrated urban project.

Ministerial Decree No. 5 of 2026, dated January 1, 2026, officially ratifies the planning and subdivision of the same plot under the aforementioned specifications for the implementation of the integrated urban development project.

Details of the Second Decision

The second decision, Ministerial Decree No. 4 of 2026, dated January 1, 2026, approves the detailed master plan for Plot No. (3), covering an area of 51.18 feddans (equivalent to 214,941.46 square meters), located in the area south of Al Ashgar District in Hadayek October City.

The land has been allocated to Harby Gate Bedayat for Integrated Project Management (HARBYGATE) for the implementation of an integrated urban development project.
