The Egyptian Official Gazette (Al-Waqa’i Al-Misriya) has published a decision issued by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities. Ministerial Decree No. 14 of 2026, dated January 1, 2026, approves the amended planning and subdivision of Plot No. (12B), covering an area of 4.677 feddans (equivalent to 19,643.55 square meters), located in Basin No. (15) within the Green Belt area of 6th of October City.
The plot is allocated to Abdel Bari Hamed Hassan Agour for the development of a residential project under an in-kind consideration arrangement. The land was previously approved under Ministerial Decree No. 476, dated July 25, 2021.
