The Official Gazette has published the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Resolution No. 180 of 2026, approving amendments to the detailed master plan for the first, second, third, and fourth phases of the project, in addition to revising the area of the fifth phase.

The decision also approves the detailed master plan for the seventh phase, covering an area of 509,116.7287 square meters, within the project’s land plots (CRB–CRE–CRH), with a total area of 324.915 feddans, equivalent to 1,364,641.4213 square meters.

The approved land is allocated to Tatweer Misr for Tourism Investment and Land Reclamation (S.A.E.), under Ministerial Resolution No. 1121 of 2018, as part of the third phase of the development of the Mostakbal City project.

The project is located within land owned by MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development (S.A.E.), which spans a total area of 10,911.74 feddans in the eastern extension of New Cairo City, where an integrated residential city with full services is being developed.

The project’s general master plan has previously been approved and amended through a series of ministerial resolutions, the latest being Resolution No. 1177 of 2025.
