The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has issued Decree No. 667 of 2025 approving the amendment of the detailed master plan for plots (9 and 10), covering an area of 68,461.4264 square meters (16.30 feddans), located in the West A1 Industrial Zone in 10th of Ramadan City.
The two plots belong to Al-Arfaa Real Estate Investment Company and were allocated for establishing a residential project for workers, along with investment service facilities, based on Ministerial Decree No. 69 of 2009.
This decision aims to support residential and service projects dedicated to workers in industrial areas, enhance quality of life, and promote economic development within 10th of Ramadan City.
