The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, has issued a new decree introducing a series of transfers and appointments among deputy heads of several New Urban Communities Authorities. The move comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to meet the operational needs of the upcoming phase.
According to the decision, Eng. Hossam Mohamed Mahmoud Qamar has been appointed Deputy Head of the Hadayek October City Development Authority, while Eng. Reham Hassan Sayed Atia has assumed her duties as Deputy Head of the Badr City Development Authority.

Eng. Mohamed Kamel Abdullah El-Waheedy has been appointed to the same position at the Warraq Island Development Authority, and Eng. Yousra Ahmed Ali Mohamed has taken on the role of Deputy Head of the New Sohag City Development Authority.
The decision also includes the appointment of Eng. Bishoy El-Qess Yaacoub as Deputy Head of the New October City Development Authority, Eng. Wafaa Hassan Abdullah as Deputy Head of the New Assiut City Development Authority, and Eng. Asmaa Mohamed Ahmed Omran as Deputy Head of the Obour City Development Authority.
Meanwhile, Eng. Adel Qassem Ibrahim has become Deputy Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, and Eng. Engy Samir Ibrahim Ammar has begun her duties as Deputy Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority. Finally, Eng. Mohamed Abdel Karim Abdel Aziz has been appointed Deputy Head of the New Administrative Capital Development Authority.
