Housing Ministry Announces the Immediate Allocation of Land in New Cities

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced a new offering of investment lands in several new cities.

Assiut New City

A variety of land plots have been made available, including:

  • An educational land plot (806 m²) for 3,715 EGP per square meter.
  • A warehouse land plot (5,812 m²) at 4,345 EGP per square meter.
  • Commercial plots with different sizes and prices include 11,652 m² at 22,405 EGP per square meter and 2,616 m² at 20,815 EGP per square meter.

New Nasser City

The available plots include:

  • A commercial and administrative land plot (2,487 m²) at 5,000 EGP per square meter.
  • A car station land plot (3,984 m²) at 4,260 EGP per square meter.
  • A comprehensive urban land plot (46,197 m²) at 2,545 EGP per square meter.
  • An educational land plot (9,802 m²) at 3,015 EGP per square meter.

Beni Suef New City

The offerings include:

  • Warehouse plots of different sizes (1,025 m² and 5,110 m²) priced at 4,345 EGP per square meter.
  • A commercial land plot (2,443 m²) at 12,830 EGP per square meter.

Sohag New City

Various land plots are available, including:

  • A fuel station land plot (6,874 m²) at 6,470 EGP per square meter.
  • An educational land plot (6,176 m²) at 4,690 EGP per square meter.

Qena New City

Several entertainment, commercial, and administrative land plots are offered, including:

  • An entertainment land plot (20,878 m²).
  • Commercial plots with different sizes and prices include 2,215 m² at 6,700 EGP per square meter and 750 m² at 12,680 EGP per square meter.

New Tiba City

Available plots include administrative and commercial land, such as:

  • 2,846 m² at 3,055 EGP per square meter.
  • 1,200 m² at 10,105 EGP per square meter.

New Aswan City

Like Tiba, the city offers administrative and commercial land plots with comparable sizes and prices.
