The Ministry of Housing has announced the dates and locations for the public lottery for units in the “Janna” project and premium housing lands in the 6th of October City, as well as “Janna” units in New Cairo and mid-income housing lands in New Borg El Arab. The lottery for Janna units and premium housing lands on the 6th of October City will take place on February 24, 2025, while the lottery for Janna units in New Cairo will be held on February 25, and the mid-income housing lands in New Borg El Arab on February 26. Only applicants who have paid the booking deposit can attend the lottery, which will be broadcast live on the authority’s official website. Those who violate the booking conditions will be disqualified.
Lottery for Housing Units and Lands
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny announced the public lottery for residential units and lands in Obour City and New Mansoura. The lottery was conducted at Cairo International Stadium in the presence of many applicants. Eight hundred ninety residential units were offered in New Mansoura, with 303 applications from people with disabilities and 9,343 from other citizens. In Obour City, 456 residential units and two land plots were offered, with 23 applications from people with disabilities and 1,485 from other customers.
Sakan Misr Apartments and Premium Lands
El-Shorbagi stated that the public lottery for Sakan Misr units and premium lands in West Assiut (New Nasser City) will occur today, February 19, 2025. The lottery for premium lands in New Qena, New Sohag, New Akhmim, New Mallawi, and mid-income lands in New Beni Suef will be held on the same day. Meanwhile, the lottery for premium lands in Sadat City is scheduled for tomorrow, February 20, 2025.
