The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced a new investment opportunity on a leasehold basis in Hadayek October City, aimed at promoting sports and service activities. The available land spans 5,099 square meters and is located in the service zone of the “Ebny Betak 1” area. The annual lease fee is set at EGP 356,930, with a security deposit of EGP 35,693. The lease term extends for 10 years, and the land is designated for the development of sports fields with a maximum building ratio of 5%. The project may include service facilities such as cafeterias and changing rooms, in compliance with legal regulations.

The authority mandates that investors avoid causing complaints or disturbances to nearby residential areas and maintain environmental cleanliness and facility maintenance. In case of necessity or upon the expiration of the lease term, the company is required to vacate the site. The accepted bidder must pay a final security deposit equal to 10% of the lease value within 10 days, which will remain valid throughout the license period. The annual lease payment is due at the beginning of each year, and financial penalties will apply in case of delays. The land area will be verified by the city’s Survey Department, which will serve as the final authority on measurements.
