The Ministry of Housing has announced the launch of the “Zahia” Villas project in New Mansoura, a luxurious residential development offering integrated services, explicitly targeting Egyptians living abroad as part of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative.

The “Zahia” Villas project in New Mansoura boasts a prime location overlooking the sea and surrounded by green spaces. It features high-end residential villas ranging from 360 to 504 square meters with top-quality finishes. The project offers flexible payment plans from 3 to 10 years and discounts ranging from 3% to 10%. Booking will open soon, allowing Egyptians abroad to own a luxurious villa in their homeland.
Your Home in Egypt Initiative
The Ministry of Housing has announced the first phase of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative, which includes 13 distinguished residential projects in 9 cities for Egyptians living abroad. This phase offers 5,055 housing units, including ready-to-move-in homes and others scheduled for delivery by the end of 2025. The launch will begin in February, and the initiative will provide a variety of projects and unit sizes, including residential villas.
Unit Sizes and Available Cities
The housing units are available in several projects, including:
- “Arabisk” Project in Cairo, offering units ranging from 125 to 179 square meters.
- Third Residential District (R3) in the New Administrative Capital, with unit sizes starting from 114 square meters up to 173 square meters.
- Garden City New Project, featuring units ranging from 79 to 344 square meters.
- Madinaty in New Cairo, with unit sizes between 96 and 178 square meters.
The initiative also includes various residential projects across different locations, such as:
- Valley Towers East in New Obour City – unit sizes between 89 and 116 square meters.
- Saba in 6th of October City – units ranging from 95 to 141 square meters.
- Valley Towers in Hadayek October – units between 95 and 101 square meters.
- Bliss Gates in Sheikh Zayed – units from 80 to 220 square meters.
- Beachfront Towers in New Alamein – units ranging from 215 to 678 square meters.
- Latin Quarter in New Alamein – units between 95 and 250 square meters.
- Zahia in New Mansoura – featuring villas from 360 square meters up to 504 square meters.
The housing units and villas in various projects have premium finishes. The Ministry of Housing has partnered with Banque Misr to facilitate secure remote online payments, ensuring safe and easy financial transactions. For Egyptians residing abroad, the payment for the units and down payments can be made in U.S. dollars, with flexible financial arrangements to maximize the available opportunities.
