Engineer Amr Khattab, official spokesperson for the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that the Egyptian state continues to support Egyptians living abroad through distinctive real estate initiatives, most notably the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative, which has gained significant popularity, particularly after the remarkable success of its second phase.
Khattab pointed out that the launch of the current supplementary phase came as a direct response to requests from citizens who were unable to participate in the previous phase due to the high demand. He explained that the new offering includes 2,513 housing units distributed across various projects and cities, including the Diarna project for middle-income housing with 2,149 units, and the Valley Tower and Valley Towers East projects with 136 units, in addition to Sakan Misr and Jannah projects with 228 units.
He clarified that these units are spread across 14 cities, carefully selected based on an in-depth study of the previous offering’s outcomes. He added that registration is available through the electronic reservation platform from October 6 until the evening of October 9.
Regarding the variety and differences between projects, Khattab stressed that the ministry was keen to provide options that meet the aspirations and needs of different segments of Egyptians abroad. The projects vary in terms of unit sizes, locations, and finishing levels. The most notable projects include:

Diarna: A project launched in April 2025, featuring fully finished units located in New Cairo, Badr (312 units), New Alamein, New Minya, Assiut, and New Qena (48 units).

Valley Towers: This project received strong demand in the previous offering and now includes new units in New Obour (100 units) and October Gardens (36 units).

Sakan Misr and Jannah: Offering units with areas ranging from 100 to 150 square meters, the ministry increased the number of available units to include 66 units in New Mansoura and 108 units in New October.
