Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued 14 orders to remove building violations and encroachments in Sadat City, New Akhmim City, and New Beni Suef City. The orders are part of the ministry’s and the new cities’ authorities’ efforts to address violations and encroachments, preserve the cities’ urban appearance, regulate urban development, and prevent unauthorized construction or encroachment.

The demolition orders in Sadat City cover building violations on several plots of land. These include construction work carried out without permits or legal authorization, in violation of approved requirements, drawings, and building permits. The violations include a residential plot in the 11th Residential District, where a concrete structure was built for the first and second upper floors, along with columns for the third upper floor, without a permit or legal authorization.

The orders also cover violations on two plots of land in the Second District of the “Build Your Home” area. The first involves casting a roof projection and the rear setback of the ground floor in reinforced concrete without a permit. The second involves casting the rear setback in reinforced concrete on the ground and first upper floors.

The orders also include a plot of land in Sector B, Third District, in the “Build Your Home” area, where the rear setback was cast in reinforced concrete on the violating floors. Another plot is located in the Sixth Neighborhood of the Al-Zaytoun area, where a basement was constructed, and the side lightwell was incorporated into the building in violation of regulations.

The demolition orders in Sadat City also cover a violation on a plot of land in Sector B, First District, in the “Build Your Home” area. The violations include constructing a basement across the entire rear setback, building and casting the rear setback of the ground floor in reinforced concrete, and constructing walls for the first upper floor, all without a permit.

The orders also cover two plots in Sector C, Third District, in the “Build Your Home” area. The first involves constructing a red-brick room with a concrete roof on the rear setback of the ground floor. The second involves casting part of the rear setback of the ground and first upper floors in reinforced concrete. Both violations were carried out without permits or legal authorization.
