  • Units: 7,498 residential units, including villas, chalets, and apartment buildings.
  • Commercial Spaces: Various retail outlets.

The minister received a detailed briefing from Eng. Ahmed Ibrahim, Head of New Alamein City Authority, who confirmed the project’s progress in line with development plans. The Mazarine Compound is set to become a key residential and commercial hub within New Alamein, supporting its transformation into a modern coastal metropolis.
