Housing Minister Sherif El-Sherbini began a field inspection tour today to follow up on Marina projects and the Boghaz project designed to supply water to New Marina Lake. The tour was attended by officials from the Ministry of Housing, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), and the heads of New Alamein City and the tourism villages.
The minister reviewed the M8 by the Lake project, which includes 1,183 units consisting of villas, along with the construction of artificial lakes covering 820,000 square meters. He emphasized the need to adhere to the project’s timelines and quality standards.

El-Sherbini directed teams to intensify work, set clear schedules, and maintain continuous monitoring to ensure the projects are executed on time.
He also inspected the Lake and Boghaz Project, which includes pump stations, pipeline networks, and a water tunnel. The minister instructed the provision of additional equipment and increased labor capacity to accelerate completion in line with the approved timeline.
