During the meeting, the housing minister affirmed the ministry’s commitment to providing a supportive environment for global companies and brands to expand in the Egyptian market, noting that projects with an international character contribute to strengthening partnerships with the private sector and attracting foreign investment.

According to the details presented during the meeting, the project is the world’s first zero-carbon-emission tower, reflecting the company’s direction toward applying green building solutions and modern standards in urban development.

Supporting Green Building
Eng. Randa El-Menshawy affirmed that the project aligns with the state’s approach toward expanding the application of green building and sustainability standards in urban projects, supporting the development of cities based on modern foundations.

Sustainability Certification
The CEO of the global Forbes company explained that the project’s achievement of the Platinum Certification under the Green Pyramid Rating System, issued by the National Housing and Building Research Center, represents an important step toward realizing the project’s vision in accordance with global sustainability standards.
He praised Egypt’s ongoing urban and development progress, as well as the infrastructure and capabilities provided by the new cities that support the implementation of major projects.
