Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with representatives of the Cairo International Financial Center (CIFC) to review proposals submitted for managing the Financial and Business District in the New Administrative Capital.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Walid Abbas, deputy minister of housing for new urban communities, along with ministry officials. At the beginning of the meeting, Eng. Randa El-Menshawy noted that all construction work in the Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital has been completed.

She highlighted the importance of benefiting from specialized global expertise in managing financial and business districts, stressing that the Ministry is keen to study all proposals submitted for managing the area in a way that ensures the highest level of operational efficiency, maximizes the benefits of the New Administrative Capital’s advantages and potential, and strengthens its ability to attract global investments and companies.
Representatives of the Cairo International Financial Center (CIFC) expressed their interest in cooperating with the Egyptian government in managing and promoting the Financial and Business District in the New Administrative Capital.
The meeting also discussed the consortium’s vision regarding the importance of the district and the promising investment opportunities it represents for companies specializing in the financial and business sectors.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Eng. Randa El-Menshawy directed that coordination with the Cairo International Financial Center continue in order to discuss all details related to the proposals presented.
