Engineer Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued a decision assigning Accountant Mohamed Khairy Marouf Ahmed, Assistant to the Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, to assume the duties of Assistant to the Vice President of the Authority for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector.
The decision comes as part of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities’ strategy to empower young talents, capitalize on experienced professionals, and prepare executive leaders capable of meeting current and future challenges. The initiative aims to ensure sustainable institutional development, improve operational efficiency, and support the state’s goals for comprehensive urban development.
The Housing Minister also issued a decision assigning Dr. Mostafa Abdel Meguid Mohamed Salima, Assistant to the Chairman of the Executive Authority at the General Authority for Tourism Development, to assume the duties of Assistant to the Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector.
