Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued a decree for a new wave of appointments within the authorities managing new cities.

According to the ministerial decision:

  • Engineer Mohamed El-Sayed Abdel-Maksoud Moussa will oversee the Development Authorities of Obour City and Badr City, with his office based in Badr City.
  • Engineer Bassam Mohamed El-Sheikh Abdel-Wahab has been appointed as the Head of the Development Authority for Shorouk City.
  • Engineer Ahmed Mohamed Namour Ismail will serve as Deputy Head of the Development Authority for New Beni Suef City.
  • Engineer Ahmed Mohamed Abdel-Wahab Makki and Engineer Hossam Hosni Mohamed Aboul-Ela have been assigned as Deputy Heads of the Development Authority for 6th of October City.
  • Mohamed Amr Ibn Al-As Hassan will take on the role of Deputy Head of the Development Authority for New Sphinx City.

These appointments aim to bolster administrative efficiency and drive development in Egypt’s new urban centers, reinforcing the Ministry’s commitment to advancing sustainable urban planning and growth.
