Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the schedule for the manual public draw to allocate 1,645 housing units in eight new cities. The draw will take place on Sunday, November 24, 2024, and Tuesday, December 3, 2024, for units that were open for immediate booking through the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) projects between September 29 and October 28, 2024.
Draw Schedule and Locations
Dr. Hassan El-Shorbagi, Vice President of NUCA for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, provided details:
- Sunday, November 24, 2024: The draw will be held for units in the cities of 10th of Ramadan, New Borg El-Arab, New Rashid, 6th of October, Obour, New Mallawi, and New Salhia. The event will take place at the Hassan Mostafa Indoor Hall in 6th of October City.
- Tuesday, December 3, 2024: The draw for units in New Mansoura will be conducted at the Damietta Stadium in New Damietta City.
Participation Guidelines
- The draws will commence at 10:00 AM on the specified dates.
- Attendance is permitted for individuals holding a receipt confirming the payment of the reservation deposit.
- To ensure transparency, the events will be broadcast live on the official NUCA website.
This initiative is part of the government’s broader efforts to provide high-quality housing options in various new cities, enhancing urban living standards across Egypt.
