Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, announced an overwhelming response to the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” initiative. To date, 644,894 brochures of terms have been purchased, with 305,981 down payments submitted and 155,251 applications registered via the fund’s website.
The CEO reiterated that the brochure price is only 300 EGP and urged citizens to avoid paying additional fees. She emphasized the importance of completing online registration as part of the application process, noting that merely purchasing the brochure and submitting payments does not constitute an official application. The deadline for all submissions is December 31, 2024.
