The Egyptian government has reimbursed approximately EGP 6 billion in compensation to land and homeowners in the Ras El Hekma area. Additionally, more than 550 land plots have been allocated for citizens to build homes in the Shams El Hekma area. Engineer Walid Abdel Rahman, Head of the Ras El Hekma City Authority, stated that infrastructure works in Shams El Hekma, which spans 5,600 acres, are underway. The Ministry of Housing implements utilities, infrastructure, and main roads.
The master plan for Shams El Hekma City, which is adjacent to the New Ras El Hekma project, has been completed. This development will provide various investment opportunities for real estate companies. An alternative area has been designated for land and homeowners in New Ras El Hekma, covering 550 acres, with plots ranging from 400 to 1,000 square meters. These plots will be handed over after ownership documents are verified. The first phase of the New Ras El Hekma project is being handed over to the executing company.
