The New Minya City Development Agency has announced the public auction of 13 commercial shops and a pharmacy with areas ranging from 24 to 80 square meters. Additionally, five administrative and professional units, ranging from 33 to 74 square meters, will be sold in different locations, including under residential buildings in the Workers’ City area of Abu Hilal in New Minya.
According to the available information, the terms and conditions booklet for participation in the auction is available for purchase for EGP 299 from the agency’s headquarters in New Minya City. Interested bidders must pay a security deposit of EGP 100,000 for the pharmacy before the auction. Additionally, each commercial shop requires a security deposit of EGP 50,000, which must be paid no later than the auction date.
The administrative and professional units require a security deposit of EGP 25,000 per unit before the auction session. Once the auction is awarded, the winning bidder must pay 10% of the sale value immediately, a 1% administrative fee, and a 0.5% contribution to the Board of Trustees. The remaining balance for the unit, shop, or pharmacy must be settled within three months from the auction date.
The public auction session is scheduled for noon on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the headquarters of the New Minya City Development Agency. During official working hours, interested buyers can inspect the properties in person.
