The Egyptian Gazette (Al-Waqa’i Al-Misriya) published today the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Decision No. 297 of 2026, approving the master plan for Plot No. (AP3-AP2), covering an area of 646,829.51 square meters (approximately 154 feddans), as well as approving the detailed plan for the first phase, covering 264,558.21 square meters (approximately 62.99 feddans), located in the Sixth Settlement in New Cairo City.

The land has been allocated to the Housing, Construction, and Services Cooperative Association for Employees of the National Defense Council to establish an integrated urban development project.

The decision of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, No. 297 of 2026, dated February 16, 2026, approved the master plan for Plot No. (AP3-AP2), covering an area of 646,829.51 square meters (approximately 154 feddans).

The decision also approved the detailed plan for the first phase, covering 264,558.21 square meters (approximately 62.99 feddans), located in the Sixth Settlement in New Cairo City, allocated to the Housing, Construction, and Services Cooperative Association for Employees of the National Defense Council for the establishment of an integrated urban development project.
