The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, is set to organize a public auction on June 14 for the sale of a number of commercial shops, along with professional and administrative units.
The auction session will take place in New Damietta City and will include the sale of 20 commercial shops, one pharmacy, and four administrative and professional units distributed across different areas of the city.
This offering comes within the framework of the New Damietta City Authority’s efforts to strengthen commercial and service-related activities while supporting urban and economic growth through the provision of diversified units that meet market demands and align with the city’s ongoing urban expansion.
The Ministry of Housing, through the New Urban Communities Authority, also announced details of another offering involving commercial, administrative, and professional units to be sold through public auction.
In Sadat City, the authority is offering 20 commercial shops with spaces ranging from 11 square meters to 97 square meters, in addition to 10 administrative and professional units with areas ranging between 31 square meters and 165 square meters in various locations throughout the city.
The terms and specifications booklet can be obtained from the authority’s headquarters for EGP 299. An auction entry insurance deposit of EGP 25,000 is required for administrative and professional units, while commercial shops require an auction entry insurance deposit of EGP 50,000.
Meanwhile, the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund announced the latest progress regarding middle-income housing units under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians,” stating that more than 32,000 housing units have either been completed or are currently under construction.
