The Ministry of Housing has disclosed the details of a new offering of investment land plots for various activities under the immediate allocation system, as part of the state’s urban expansion strategy and efforts to attract investment.
Land Plots Offered in New Assiut City
The Ministry of Housing stated that several land plots have been made available in New Assiut City. These include a commercial plot measuring 14,553 square meters at a price of 18,190 EGP per square meter, a commercial-residential plot covering 1,095 square meters priced at 20,940 EGP per square meter, another commercial plot with an area of 14,635 square meters priced at 18,145 EGP per square meter, and a storage plot of 1,800 square meters priced at 4,830 EGP per square meter.
Administrative Land Plot in New Aswan City
The Ministry also noted that the offering in New Aswan City includes an administrative land plot with an area of 1,622 square meters, priced at 7,085 EGP per square meter.
Applications for the offered land plots are available through the official website of the New Urban Communities Authority, under the immediate allocation system.
This initiative is part of the state’s ongoing efforts to advance comprehensive urban development, provide services and projects that meet citizens’ needs, and enhance the investment environment in new cities.
