The General Authority for Housing and Building Cooperatives, affiliated with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the opening of reservations for 253 residential units located in several prime locations within its flagship projects.
These include Loulouat New Cairo, Loulouat October, Loulouat Badr, Loulouat 10th of Ramadan, in addition to the 10th of Ramadan neighborhoods 60, 62, and 64, Neighborhood 31 in 15th of May City, and Al-Amal City Housing Project in Suez Governorate. The units come in various sizes designed to meet the diverse needs of beneficiaries.
The Authority stated that all units are ready for immediate delivery once procedures are completed and payments are finalized. For those wishing to apply, terms, specifications, and pricing details can be reviewed by purchasing the application booklet, available starting next Monday until Thursday, December 25, 2025.
The booklet can be obtained at the Authority’s main headquarters located at 3 Samir Abdel Raouf Street, Makram Ebeid Extension, Nasr City, or at the Suez branch office, located in Faisal District – Delta Cooperatives – Building 7 – Apartment 4.
The public draw for unit allocation will be held at 12:00 noon on the dates specified in each project’s application booklet, taking place in the main hall of the Authority’s headquarters, except for the draw of the Al-Amal City project in Suez, which will be conducted at the Suez branch office. Applicants who make full payment of the due amounts will be given priority in choosing their housing units before the draw takes place.
