Engineer Alaa Abdel Laah Mostafa, Head of the Tenth of Ramadan City Development Authority and Supervisor of the Hadayek Al Ashar Authority, carried out an inspection tour across several departments to follow up on workflow, assess performance levels, and evaluate the quality of services offered to citizens.
The visit was conducted in line with directives issued by Engineer Randa El Menshawy, stressing the importance of maintaining regular operations and enhancing the standard of public services.
The Authority Head began his tour at the Technology Center for Citizen Services, where he examined the procedures for receiving citizens and processing their requests. He highlighted the importance of professional conduct when dealing with visitors and the need to expedite service completion in a way that improves citizen satisfaction and raises overall operational efficiency.
Implementing the One-Stop-Shop System, Simplifying Procedures, and Saving Time
During the visit, Engineer Alaa Abdel Laah Mostafa emphasized that the Technology Center represents the main point of contact for citizens. He underscored the necessity of completing all procedures through the center itself, without requiring citizens to move between multiple departments.

This aligns with the implementation of the one-stop-shop system, aimed at simplifying procedures and reducing the time and effort needed to finalize transactions.
The tour also covered the Building Permits Department and the Real Estate Administration Department, where he reviewed workflow progress and completion rates. He instructed officials to accelerate the handling of applications while removing any obstacles that could slow down performance or affect service quality.
While visiting the Real Estate Administration Department, the Authority Head met with several citizens who were following up on their applications and transactions.
He listened to their requests, reviewed the status of their cases, and directed officials to take the necessary actions to finalize them quickly and resolve any challenges facing applicants, ensuring smoother and more accessible services. He further emphasized the importance of expediting assignment transfer requests submitted by citizens in accordance with applicable regulations.
He also called for providing full support to applicants through the Technology Center and stressed the need to assign a dedicated staff member to respond to citizen inquiries and continuously track application progress, ensuring accurate information is delivered without requiring citizens to visit different departments.
Engineer Alaa Abdel Laah Mostafa noted that the Authority continues to work on developing its systems and improving service efficiency, in line with the Ministry of Housing’s directives and the state’s broader approach to simplifying procedures and upgrading public services.
He reaffirmed that regular field inspections and follow-up visits will continue across departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve the highest standards of performance in serving citizens.
