Engineer Ahmed Rashad El-Sherif, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, held a meeting with a group of representatives from the “Beit El Watan” area to discuss matters related to services and ongoing development projects in the district. The meeting was attended by Engineer Mahmoud El-Dessouky, Deputy Head of the Authority for Utilities Affairs.
During the meeting, the Head of the Authority reviewed the current progress of projects in the area, explaining that the Authority is continuing the implementation of internal roads and their connection to several entrances linked to the Middle Ring Road. These works are expected to be completed following the finalization of the utility networks.
Engineer Ahmed Rashad also pointed out that a significant portion of the utility works has already been completed across various districts. He added that the gas company is currently extending the main line to supply the area, noting that lighting poles will be installed and activated concurrently with the completion of the road works.
The Head of the Authority emphasized that as population density continues to increase in the area, security measures will be gradually strengthened. He stressed that the Authority is committed to daily monitoring of implementation rates to ensure the provision of high-quality services that meet the expectations of “Beit El Watan” residents and the broader New Cairo community.
