Head of New Administrative Capital Authority Follows Up on Upgrading Works in Neighborhood 7 (D7) of the Third Residential District

Dr. Eng. Marwan Hussein, Head of the New Administrative Capital Development Authority, affirmed that the ongoing follow-up of the upgrading works in Neighborhood 7 (D7) of the Third Residential District is being carried out in line with the directives of Eng. Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, emphasizing the importance of improving road infrastructure in response to residents’ needs.

Marwan Hussein conducted an inspection tour to review the progress of the works on-site, accompanied by Mohamed Arafa, Deputy Head of the Authority for Housing, and representatives of the companies executing the project.

During the tour, the Head of the Authority inspected the work sites to identify any issues and challenges affecting implementation, review technical observations, and direct the immediate resolution of all remarks while taking the necessary measures to ensure the works are completed according to the highest quality standards and within the scheduled timeframe.

Hussein stressed the need to increase workforce levels and accelerate implementation rates while strictly adhering to the approved schedule, emphasizing that no delays that could affect the upgrading plan would be tolerated. She also highlighted the importance of continuous coordination among all relevant entities and executing companies to ensure the project is completed efficiently and to the required standards.

In the same context, the Head of the Authority held a meeting with representatives of the companies responsible for the upgrading works in Neighborhood 7 (D7) to discuss the current implementation status, review the obstacles facing execution, and establish immediate solutions to overcome them.

The meeting concluded with an agreed timetable for completing the works, alongside regular follow-up of progress rates to ensure compliance with the implementation schedule and the achievement of project targets.
